Mama Whealthy’s Gluten Free Crust

Ingredients

2 cups brown rice flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 cup organic butter

1 organic egg

2/3 cup water (approximately – add a little at a time so not too wet or too dry)

Mix flour with salt.  Blend in butter by adding cut slivers at a time.  Mix until crumbly.  Add in egg and mix well (mixture will still be crumbly).  Add water by stirring portions at a time until wet enough to form 1.5 inch balls.  Pat each ball flat to form thin discs.
